Pilates
Pilates is suitable for everyone and all ages. It is especially suitable for anyone with a back problem and is ideal for injury rehabilitation. We are able to modify the programme so it is safe and challenging for a person at any level.

Yoga
Yoga is excellent for increased flexibility and strength along with body awareness and improving stress. It is beneficial to all individuals and will improve performance in sport.
