How do I pay?
We will ask for payment at the end of each appointment ( unless we are claiming from your insurance company on your behalf ).

Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy?
No, however we do recommend that you contact your private health insurance company as they may require a medical referral to authorise re-imbursement of treatment charges.
Can I claim the cost of my physiotherapy treatment from my insurance company?
Farnham Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic is a registered physiotherapy provider with all major insurance companies, so treatment costs can be claimed back. However, it is important that you check your level of cover with your insurance company before commencing treatment. Please bring all your insurance details, including your membership and authorisation numbers to your first appointment.
How long are the physiotherapy treatments?
Your initial session will be between 30 - 45 minutes and subsequent sessions approximately 30 minutes.
What do I need to bring on my first visit?
Please bring letters from your GP or consultant and any relevant x-rays or scans.
How quickly will I be seen for my first appointment?
We will always try to see you on the same day or within 24 hours.
Where do I park?
There is some limited parking behind the building ( 5 spaces only ). Otherwise there is 2 hour parking opposite the clinic in Alfred Road.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Dress comfortably in loose fitting clothes. Shorts can be worn (or brought) for back and lower limb problems.
